Unfortunately, these didn't work out for me. They amplified everything—including background noise—making it hard to focus on conversations. I’ve been back for adjustments several times, but the improvement has been minimal. They’re also not very comfortable for all-day wear. But I’ve had issues with connectivity dropping during phone calls, and the app isn’t very user-friendly. Support has been helpful, but I expected more consistency for the price.
